Please note that shipping times may vary based on factors such as your location, carrier delays, and order processing times.

We aim to process and ship orders within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  1. Shipping Limitations:

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally due to certain restrictions. Please note that some items may have additional shipping limitations for legal or logistical reasons.

  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

LAZE Swimwear is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not provide refunds or credits for confirmed deliveries. However, in the rare event your package is damaged or lost in transit, please reach out to us right away. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly and offer a suitable solution, whether it’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.


SECTION 7 - REFUND POLICY

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDIT

At LAZE Swimwear, we accept returns for store credit within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, you must do so within 5 business days of delivery, and returns should be sent to our designated address P.O.Box 557487, Miami, FL 33255 using a postal service. Return shipping labels are to be purchased by the customer.

.Items on clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

.To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria: they should be unworn, free from odors, stains, self-tanner marks, or pet hair, and in their original condition with all original tags and labels intact. Be sure to include your order number with the returned items to ensure smooth processing of your store credit or exchange.

.Please note, all zippers, buttons, and fastenings are inspected before shipping, and items are carefully checked for damage or staining. LAZE Swimwear is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping process. Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at info@lazeswimwear.com with clear photos of the damage. Our team will assist you promptly to find the best solution, whether that be a replacement or store credit.

 

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE

We are sorry to hear about this! But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product + pictures, We will get back to you with instructions on the process.
